Yoga for Archaeology!

Join us on Tuesday November 14th at 7:30pm for Yoga for Archaeology!

Yoga for Archaeology is an ASBC community event taught by a local yoga instructor and archaeologist. The class is open to students and professionals alike. Although it focuses on the physical stresses of archaeological field and lab work, it is open to those from other disciplines as well. This class is an all levels class and no previous experience is required: exercises will focus on long-term injury care and prevention, workshoping strength and flexibility within safe ranges of motion. 50% of proceeds from this class go towards the ASBC Scholarship, to be awarded to an undergraduate student pursuing field work.
